Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy – RexLiftz

Because RexLiftz provides digital coaching programs and subscription-based services, there is nothing physical to β€œreturn.” Instead, we offer a clear refund and cancellation policy to keep things fair and transparent.

To request a refund, email us at rexliftz@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used at checkout

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • A short note letting us know why you’re requesting a refund (optional, but helpful)

If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at rexliftz@gmail.com.


Digital Content Access

When you purchase a RexLiftz program, you receive immediate or near-immediate access to digital content, coaching materials, and/or community features.

Because of this:

  • Once content has been accessed, downloaded, or used beyond the 30-day guarantee period, no refunds are available.

  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing RexLiftz content is strictly prohibited.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.


Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

RexLiftz programs are billed on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly) unless otherwise stated.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

  • Cancellations apply to future payments only.

  • We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time in the current billing period.

To cancel, either:

  • Use the account/subscription settings provided in your client portal (if available), or

  • Email us at rexliftz@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date so we have time to process the request.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of the order date.

However, for digital content and services that you agree to access immediately (such as our programs, coaching, or online materials), your right to withdraw may be limited once:

  • You have started using the service, or

  • You have been granted full access to the digital content

By purchasing a RexLiftz program, you acknowledge that immediate access may mean the usual cooling-off period no longer applies, except where required by local law.

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
